ZEV Technologies Stainless steel slides are designed to improve accuracy and performance. They are manufactured in Zev?s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. ZEV’s slides are machined from a single billet of 17-4 stainless steel to tighter tolerances. ZEV slides weigh less than factory slides therefore reduce reciprocating weight which reduces fatigue and allows for faster shot follow-up placement. All ZEV slides have their patented optic cut featuring posts allowing for more thread area keeping your optic securely mounted. Offered in Flat Dark Earth (FDE) and Black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) the Enhanced SOCOM slide has been designed with performance in mind. The Enhanced SOCOM was originally designed for military and LE use to provide enhanced grip for tactical situations. The serrations are aggressive to allow for racking on surfaces one-handed.
